I can't download the ROM

When I click on the download link on the ROM page for Shining Force: Ressurection of the dark dragon, or any ROM, it opens up this window asking for a username and password. What do I do?

if it is in the newreleases section you have to register,

this registration is DIFFERENT than your forum account.

so, good luck.

EDIT: it is a GBA rom, but, without logging into the new releases, i could dl it.

i checked both the (U) and (E) region roms, so it might be your browser blocking you, asking for an admin password.
