I always refer to rapidshare as rapidshit because of so many damn minutes you have to wait in between downloads for rapidshare to let you download your next part. Well i just typed in rapidshit.com (thinkin i'd probably get a damn virus) and wahla! I get a rsleech typa site, and one that actually works at that. It takes the RS file you want to download and mirrors it for you on another server.

I had an hour left before I could dload the last part of a dload. I tried this site, it took a couple of minutes to load the dload link...but it worked. The dload speed was an average 100-150kbs, not bad when the maximum limit is 100mb per file.

Just make sure if you have already dloaded any files from RapidShare, to rename the files from RapidShit. They are still the same file name, but with the RapidShit name at the beginning.

Edit II: Before people start complaining that they aren't getting more than 25 kbps on their downloads, then I would recommend them to start using a download manager, like getright, and try to make three to four connections in the same donwload. Their speed should multiply by the number of connections, so 25 x 4 = somewhere around 100 kbps Thats what am doing right now

Maybe I got lucky, I was getting between 100-150kbs on a single connection.

Also, am not exactly sure how this thing works.

Does that friend of mine have to download the whole file or something to kick it open ? if yes then it sucks coz mine are of movies and every link is of almost 100 mb
