That varies from site to site. Emuparadise has a torrent tracker with lots of PS2 games on, and a trading forum section, as linked below, with direct downloads. That section, you need 20 non-spam posts to access

There are direct dls in our upload services subforum, but as I said you need 20 non spammy posts in order to get in. The system will autogrant you access once you reach that mark, but we'll delete any spam we see.

And there aren't a lot of games that work on PCSX2, I think there are only Kingdom Hearts and FFX that are playable.

Very few games are playable at full speed. While a large number are playable at non-full speed.
