What error do you get? Err, are you on a Mac? If not, then I really see no reason why you'd be using something like StuffIt. I'd use WinRar. Also, moved to the proper section.

Uh, you just said you tried opening it using StuffIt. That leads me to think you have it downloaded?Or had it. I'll check that rom now...

Not sure what the problem is, but the download works for me.
If it actually did download for you, then it should be set to work with whatever emulator. But here it is anyway, uploaded to Rapidshare: http://rapidshare.com/files/34364255...Mario.rar.html

I'd recommend you to use firefox to dl stuff form this site if you are not doing it already and also check that a firewall is not blocking the connection.
