How do I make chapters with Nero essentials?

I have a movie I want to make chapters with. I had previously done it, but not with Nero essentials. I'd like to make chapters to skip through the movie with. I had a copy burned with no chapters that froze at a part almost halfway through the movie. Now I want to make a chapter skip back to that part. If nero essentials can't do this, what can? PM if this warez or you have something not allowed here to share.

Not with Nero, no. I did it once with some ULead suite, but that was a while ago.
