Nope. Halo 2 doesn't use any DX10 features: It was released long before DX10 was around, remember?

Probably, but I'm not among them. The game's been around for a while, and it's been pretty heavily played by a lot of people already. It's easier to just get the xbox version, since it would cost far less than the vista version likely will, and will play just as well.

Yes. Not me, but people will buy anything. It will sell and sell well. That is certain. Although will it be as hugely successful as the xbox version? Will there be huge lines, obsessed fans created or a huge wave of people playing the vista version? Not by a long shot.

That's my prediction anyway.

Not pissed at all, since I've never really liked Halo. I had the first game on PC, and it was lackluster. I've played better MP games.

Hey, bash Halo, not Vista. Vista's a nice OS if your comp can handle it. It runs just as smoothly as XP does on my laptop, and I've had 0 problems. Of course, I also don't install any of the updates that Microsoft releases for their OS's.

Know whats awesome? You can play without the game being fully installed! It installs as you play the game. It does have to install though, so you cant just play with say 1gig free and swap the space, but still, its an awesome technology.

I suppose, but I don't like to use the same equipment that I use for school work to play games. It just doesn't seem as fun.
