unknown issue with unknown location for posting

when i come to the page, emuparadise.com/forums or whatever the site is printed, i sometimes get taken to a white page and it says something about having a mod to permit something with a white page or something. i don't know what that means. any solutions and answers would help. btw, i wasn't sure where to post this, so i posted it here. if it's wrong please redirect it to the proper locations.

if i encounter it again, i'm sure i'll be dead. not, but i'll post some pictures.

Are you using the www.epforums.org address?

i managed to get the problem and copied the screen and paste it to word.

btw, it's www.emuparadise.org, in which i would go directly to the forum's tab located on the top of the entrance screen. i'll load and then jump to that white page or when i try logging in and it'll go there after i hit log in. i manage to log in after playing around with the web address or something.

please note that you have to download the file, you can't view directly.

The "Message Boards" link from http://www.emuparadise.org goes to: http://forums.emuparadise.org/. Trying to log in from that site redirects you to http://www.epforums.org/login.php?do=login with the message "In order to accept POST request originating from this domain, the admin must add this domain to the whitelist.". Going straight to http://www.epforums.org/ does not have this problem, however.
