Not really, it'd be cheaper to just by the backwards compatible PS3.

Especially if there's another price drop in the near future.

I was gonna buy Call of Duty 4 the other day, but I didn't have it preordered.

So, I got Bioshock. Still a badass buy, I suppose. Good to hear such positive feedback on CoD4, because I still plan on buying it within the next couple weeks. That, or Assassins Creed. Oh, or Kane and Lynch.....

indeed - at 60 bucks a pop, your wallet gets drained pretty quickly.

Better than shelling out $500 for console that plays games (limited games at that, your stuck with what the devs give you) and movies and just collects dust in between Besides, you've disproven your own theory by the fact that your craptacular X1300PRO can play UT3 and Bioshock
