This may not irritate people as much as it does me, but this news just straight pisses me off. I'm not a WiiU supported and I'm proud to admit that, and I love Platinum Games and this just boggles my mind.

Just checked this link right now.
Have a lot of expectations with this console,hope it brings Nintendo back into the main game. But still don't like the fact that the launch title (Nintendoland) isn't included in the basic version.

You're right, I'm not doing myself a favor by "hating" a system, because I clearly won't get to play this game. I'm not being a fanboy, but I am not a Nintendo supporter. I grew up with their systems, but I didn't like the GameCube, never bothered with the Wii, and I'm not going to buy this system... simple as that. It upsets me that this game has an install base on Sony and Microsoft consoles, but is now jumping ship entirely. My post was aimed more at Platinum Games than Nintendo, sorry it didn't come off that way. I'm not dumb, there's no point arguing about the WiiU.... Nintendo faithful are as strong-willed as the Apple faithful and nothing will change their minds.

Starting price point is very nice for a brand new console. Ninty for that at least.

they've got over 50 games at launch along with the entire WIi library backing the WIi U up. besides, launch PS3, Xbox, GC, 360, and PS1 and PS2 didn't have any bundled games!

for some reason... i don't remember that. some of those systems it's possible that i didn't know/can't remember because i was in china at the time, but i thought that the xbox released with halo.

i guess those dire days came upon us long ago. shame.
