Ok, so I've read the first 2 pages of this thread, and am pretty sure I'm up to speed. A week long april fools joke involving the promoting/demoting of staffers causing a firestorm amongst fellow staffers, all playing out in the public eye, making the members think that this all real. Once they see that I've been modded, i'm sure there's going to be some pissed off members

Ok, how about this, the new accounts that the staff created, some of them get banned without any given reason, and one of them comes back with a second account and wants to know why he was banned (I know, this has been done). A staff member sees this, and wonders the same thing, the one who did the banning says something like "I banned him, deal with it", the other staff member gets pissed and flames him, then someone mentions that I got promoted, more of the staff members are angry now, wanting to know why someone went behind someone else's back and gave a n00b mod status, I get involved flaming the staff, I don't really know where I'm going with this...
