that file is there for you to check to see if you downloaded everything properly. all you have to download is file's 1-9 after they are downloaded make sure they are all in the same folder and then open "Tales of Destiny II CD1.001" with winrar and click extract. and select to whereever you want to extract it. it then will extract the all the parts together making a playable image. that you can run in epsxe or mount to daemon tools or whatever. i dont know what format it will extract to but thats all you need to do. the crc is just there so that if you know how to use it you can look to see if it it downloaded properly.

SFV stands for Simple File Verification"
    http://www.afterdawn.com/glossary/terms/sfv.cfm

CRC stands for Cyclic Redundancy Check
    http://www.softwarepatch.com/tips/cy...edundancy.html

From that link you can get a free program called CDCheck 3 that you might find useful

And here's another freeware program for both making amd using sfv files:

It looks like you haven't finished downloading the file or it is just corrupt, To fix it try downloading it again.

ok .. i try download again, but if it´s same error ?
the SFV is not necessary? so that when I open it with sfvchecker it says " status: no file "

Are you using the batch files Zorlon created to combine the files?

Please, go here, read what it says and dl the batch files, then you'll be able to use Winrar to extract.
