    Default Saving in p64

    Hello,

    I have a problem. I want to save my time trial in mario kart
    on p64. But it says i need a mem in my controller. But im playing
    with a computercontroller. What do i need to do to save it?

    There is a setting in a couple of the controller plugins that will let you choose either to use a rumble pak or a memory card. Set it to memory card and choose where you want to save your memory card file and it should work.

    i choose it in the controller options but i cant fill in a map where i can save it and it still won't save

    hm...what plugin are you using? Nrage's controller plugin is the one I use as it has a lot more options to choose from. You may have to format the memory card before you can use it. There is a hidden feature in most N64 games that use memory card where if you hold down START before the game loads it will bring up a memory card manager that might be of some use to you.

    Nrage works great man
    But now i have another problem... I play with a xbox360controller
    and when i didnt had nrage it worked fine but now he doesnt want to configure anymore... what do i have to do?

    I got it

    I only want to know if i can save as many games as i want on my memcard?

    I'm not sure how it goes, but if it gets full, you can always move the saved game files to another folder to back them up and free some space.

    The memory card for the N64 can usually hold save data for about 1 or 2 games before it gets full. Since most games save directly to the cartridge this usually isn't a big deal but yeah if you happen to need more memory card room just create a new mem card file.
