Romance: Moonrise Kingdom. Wes Anderson movie about 2 young lovebirds.
SciFi: Dune. Classic. Reminds of a Game of Thrones in SPACE!
Action: Dredd. Blood and guts everywhere!
Practice does not make perfect, it makes permanent.

Whilst an old film ('71), 'Johnny Got His Gun' is a heart breaking adaptation of the 1939 novel. Be prepared for the feels, also Full-Metal Jacket.

'Patton' is worth checking out for any military buffs, a lot of the movies out today are immoral travesties. Good thread though.
