    Default Whats PAL?

    On the dinocrisis 2 rom it says PAL what does that mean?

    PAL ISOs are European ones, released in Europe (mostly) for European TVs. The signal is different from NTSC (USA/jap).

    Theres also secam which is used in france,
    or was.

    And I believe alot of middle eastern countries use pal too.

    Wow,
    informative.

    Also not much point in saying but theres a PAL50 and a PAL60,
    the numbers refer to the MHz.
    Only consoles dreamcast and after use pal 60 and some have 50/60 switches.

    so if its from Europe, does that mean I can't play it on my Psx? I bought it here in America.

    You can if your TV accepts a PAL signal.

    I'm guessing it doesn't.

    You might be able to play the game using Import Player, which you can download from here:

    yea that will probably help, duno if dinocrisis is worth all that trouble though. Its just one game :\

    DinoCrisis 2 is way TOO short. It's good though, but leaves you wanting to know more!!

    Dinocrisis 2 was way more acradey than part 1,
    which had more of a resi feel to it.
