Several PSP Emulation and Roms questions

Okay, I don't know much about PSPs so please bear with me.

Is there such a thing as a PSP emulator yet? I don't think there would be due to it being a next gen handhold and all. But if so, can it play commercial ROMs?

Failing the above, can you play ROMs on a PSP. I've heard you might be able to but only with a certain version. Can PSP's versions be changed if this in-fact the case?

And what is the availability of commercial ROMs, i.e. downloads, torrents etc?
And what sort of sizes are they?

For the PC? There is one... but it doesn't play commercial games. Don't think it ever will.
Though it can play demos and some homebrew... if that counts for something.

As for where to find PSP games, almost every bt tracker have them available, not too mention other P2P programs and even the Upload Services section we have under the Trading Post forum.
Almost all the games are arround 1.5 gbs/300 mbs in size (uncompressed), but there are tools to rip them removing videos, musics and stuff so you can do a good use of the room in your memory stick.
