Default Can Turbo Duo play CD Backups?

I'm interested in buying a Turbo Duo. But, before I spend all that money on one, I want conclusive evidence. Can a Turbo Duo play backups? I have a few games I downloaded from here and I burned. They play fine in Magic Engine, but will they play without modification in a Turbo Duo?
^There was my ten cents 'cause my two cents is free.

You don't need an explanation. It's just yes
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here

If it was made before the Sega Saturn/PSX then yes.
If it was made after then no. That's just how consoles work...Man I wish the Saturn didn't have to be modded/swap tricked upon.

That's not really a perfect measure to use. The early NTSC Dreamcasts didn't need modding, and the PAL Dreamcast never did. The Jaguar CD didn't have piracy protection like the PSX, but was nonetheless impossible to burn games for. I think the PC-FX and 3DO used some copy protection as well, but I'm not certain.

Certain brands of 3DO don't need modding and the other(s) do.
I think it's the Goldstar 3DO's that don't need modding.
