Hm. I think the Oro look a like is called Nagato, the young one that looks like a young Juugo is Yahiko, and the girl is Konan. Konan is in Akatsuki, Nagato is Pain. But, Nagato told Jiraiya that Yahiko is dead. But, one of Pain's six bodies IS Yahiko. Wierd, eh? On top of that, there's some sort of huge secret to Pain's real identity that Jiraiya figured out, and has sent to Tsunade. It's all really confusing if you ask me. I know that Nagato was a Rinnegan user, and from there, somehow became Pain and got six bodies to control.

Meh. Jiraiya knows something about Pain's identity that's a secret, which he sent off with Pa frog before he died. The six bodies Pain uses in battle aren't really him, just defeated enemies that Jiraiya fought before. They each specialize in something specific. The Pain that looks like Naruto has some sort of telepathic ability, since when he was introduced as the Akatsuki leader, it was through that Pain body that the mental communication between Akatsuki was made. The long haired, thin Pain specializes in taijutsu. The fatass Pain specializes in energy absorption. The long haired Pain who originally fought Jiraiya specializes in creature summonings. I'm not sure about the rest.
