Somewhat. What I'm getting the feeling of is that he isn't as strong as some have assumed, just because of his status within Akatsuki. Jiraiya commented on his weakness, which is suiton, which was used to free Konan of Jiraiya's hair jutsu. So you'd think Pain would just use a normal suiton jutsu, but no. He summons a large crab to do it. Then he summons a huge, ugly ass chameleon. I'm now thinking that body Pain chose was someone who was an expert at summonings. He did say before, when he switched bodies, that he used brought out that specific body in order to take out the intruder. And yet, Pain is supposed to have Godly eyes. You'd think he'd just Rinnegan Jiraiya's ass into nothing.

I think Jiraiya said that Pain as his former student know his ( Jiraiya’s ) weakness not the other way , and Jiraiya said that he used the suiton jutsu to wash the oil off konan to get the fuck out there .


And before Jiraiya summoned the toad he was yapping " im not human myself " i thought " please no , do not show us Jiraiya’s true form is a frog!!!! " thank god he summoned one other than turning into one , on the other hand Gamaken(-san , as Jiraiya said ) does not look impressive , not even in size.

naruto would just die too. I still think Naruto is one of the weakest characters still to this day. he hasnt shown that hes even any good without nine-tails help. and no the rasengan shuriken crap doesnt count -.-

Pain is that kid that Jiraiya taught a long time ago. With black hair....kind of looked like a young Orochimaru.

As for Tobi, he's actually Uchiha Madara, the founder of the Uchiha clan.
