Just walk through the ticket gate pretending you're blind, and just looking for the bathroom. Blind people wouldn't try and watch a movie for free

    The One

A decent science fiction kung fu flick with crap acting. But hey, I didn't expect award winning line reading, I came for Jet Li kicking the asses of everybody, including himself, across many universes.

    Dragnet 1966

Jack Webb could be incredibly preachy and narrow minded when it came to a lot of stuff, but he's still great when it comes to film and TV. Plus Dragnet, as a whole is great, so hey.

    Guardians of the Galaxy

I may have internally over-hyped it but man was it good. Seeing a full on Thanos was fantastic as he is one of my favorite villains (most of the time) in the MU. No silly half hour plus origin story really helps it too just a brief one for Starlord. It had some really genuinely laugh out loud moments and not just with Rocky whom was great too. Gotta love that Groot!!!
    Spoiler warning:
I kinda new what was already gonna happen with him but glad he's reborn from that stalk and seeing a baby Groot dancing at the end with an oblivious Drax not far off was probably the best scene in the whole movie

Hell I found that even Batista did a good job in his role. I almost never give a movie five out of five so I'll give a tentative 4.5/5

Also finally got around to Taken 2. Didn't know how they could work another way of doing this but well they succeeded and it turned out pretty decent and broke my expectations. Hear they're planning a third but that may be pushing it. Then again that's what I thought with the second so who knows.

    4/5

Watched the original Invisible man movie. Pretty entertaining for a movie of that time. It didn't drag as badly as some of the movies of that time did for me. The special effects were brilliant and I was surprised to see effects that look better than some films in the 2000 (example being early cgi)

    4/5 stars

    Men at Work

Actually pretty funny, especially given that it was staring Charlie Sheen and Emilio Estevez. Also in defiance of being written AND directed by Emilio Estevez.

    Serial Mom

    An excellent dark comedy.

    GN From Outer Space

Yes, I cut short part of the title. Yes, I did it for reasons. No, I don't regret watching it at all, because this short film was amazing.

    Blade Runner: Final Cut

Similar to Alien in how everybody gushes over it, yet I was mostly indifferent. I suppose it would have had more of an impact if I had seen it when I was younger... or at release. But then, I wasn't born until 2 years after the original theatrical release of the film, so that was kind of impossible.

    20 Million Miles to Earth

That poor alien was innocent in all of this, yet we're supposed to cheer for the humans? Bunch of murdering savages, especially when they freely admit that it's not aggressive unless provoked. And even when it was, it mostly backed away and made all kind of warning sounds. It even ran away most of the time. But they killed it anyway, because it was 1957 and the Americans were always right and just.

    Johnny Mnemonic

Not as bad as I had heard it was. But still, it's hilarious how little storage he had in his head, especially for 2021.

I watched Oldboy. The original Korean one. Way overrated movie, I've heard somebody claim it's the single best movie ever... I'd give it a 3/5, it was ok. The concept was great, it just wasn't that well done. I know there's a US remake, but I doubt it'd be any better. Maybe if I just watched the US one first I'd enjoy it better, but I've spoiled the plot now

That movie made me dream of becoming a garbage man as a kid. It actually still would be my dream job, but sadly the job no longer exists in that form. Now garbage men just drive around in trucks with mechanical arms that scoop and dump the bins. They don't even go out in teams anymore, just one guy driving all day every day. Being a cabbie would be a better job than that.

I watched Interstellar last night. It is an excellent movie. I might need to upgrade my speakers when I get the Blu-ray release.
