    Metal Tornado

Not as metal as it sounds, it's just a magnetic tornado that tried to destroy Philadelphia, while another destroyed some of Paris, France. And the Eiffel Tower.

    Assault on Precinct 13 (1976)

A might bit slow to start, but when it gets going, it gets amazing.

    Jinn

I find it odd that in every movie in which God actually does exist, it seems to be too much of a hassle for it to actually do any of the work, so it's up to some guy to do it for the deity. Especially since this seemed to be all God's fault to start with.

I went to watch Ant-Man today. I recommend it, it's good fun, felt like the first Iron Man movie. It's fresh, comedic and full of easter eggs for the Marvel fans

    Interstellar

What a giant piece of garbage this movie was. I haven't been this angry since the RoboCop remake.

    THX 1138

Maybe I "just don't get it". Maybe it's something, like Alien, where at the time it was something new and amazing, but because of when I was born and how late into my life that I've seen it, the film doesn't hold up to me. But I just didn't care for it at all.

Also I watched the new Mission Impossible film. Pretty much what I expected, but very well done.

    Stretch on Netflix
    Kung Fury on Steam

Kung fury is ~30 minutes of concentrated satirical awesomeness.

    The Wolverine (2013)

Wow, a lot better than I expected. Felt like a complete side-story of Wolverine.

    The Void

Not even Exdeath would be interested in this abomination which has Samantha Carter and Duncan MacLeod trying to stop John Henry Eden from creating a black hole that will destroy the Earth.

    Crossworlds

I thought this would be like Sliders, instead I got a horrible early attempt at Jumper, but also with some kind of weird magic that doesn't explain anything at all.

    Message From Space

Some people call this Japanese Star Wars. Some of it seems to be so, but a lot of it is really just more general Japanese space drama. I personally really enjoyed it, but I know it's not for everybody, especially those going into it expecting an actual Japanese take on Star Wars.

    Beyond the Time Barrier

Better than a lot of the black and white Cold War era movies because it lacked the giant monsters. It tried, and I give it credit, but in the end it's just not very good.

    Dracula 3000

Still a better vampire movie than Twilight.

    Conan the Barbarian

The 1982 version, an era when you could have titties all over the place and nobody would complain about objectification. Also a time when you could make awesome high fantasy films without the abomination that is CGI ruining everything.

    Masters of the Universe

Sure, the ending was lame, but I enjoyed it. I guess I don't have the nostalgia induced rage to hate it.

    Babylon 5: Thirdspace

I was kinda hoping for more Thirdspace in a movie about it, but eh. Felt like a decent two parter.

    Tremors 5: Bloodline

Parts of the movie I could have done without, but as a whole it wasn't too bad, especially since this is the first Tremors film in over a decade and it doesn't have any of the original writers or creators involved. I would totally be up for a Tremors 6.
