Stiches, a comedy horror movie. Lots of gross out scenes, and really silly and kinda over the top, but it was entertaining.

I've watched a good few South Korean films recently and one Japanese film, the most recent one was A City of Violence, was quite stylish with pretty well choreographed fight scenes and nice shots.

If you don't mind decent WW2 films (Saving Private Ryan, Flags of Our Fathers, Letters From Iwo Jima, Downfall, etc) and want to see something Japanese I recommend you try The Eternal Zero (2013). A bit of controversy surrounding the book it was based on and the film, but it's definitely worth watching imo.

    Mortal Kombat: Annihilation

Jam as many characters in for their 2 minute fights and then kill them! Except for Rain, he just dies after a minute and no fight. Because nobody likes Rain.

Went and saw Central Intelligence today. It was okay, but felt like it could've been better. I'd say about a 6/10.

I saw Batman Vs. Superman recently, it was adequate I guess but these days I don't really enjoy cape films that much but overall it was enjoyable enough, but Ben Affleck doesn't really fit either my perception of Batman or Bruce Wayne. Sadly I think the best actors (Jeremy Irons & Laurence Fishbourne) were stuck in minor roles.

I only saw your post now but I've seen every WW2 film you've listed there with the exception of the The Eternal Zero, does that have anything to do with the Zero planes?

Yes, although to be more specific: Kamikaze pilots.

Given what the Zero planes were used it it's almost assumed to be that.

The Mitsubishi A6M was used from 1940-45. It's the most famous of Japanese WW2 aircraft mainly due to it's performance and popularity with pilots, also quite a few were made.
Although some incidents of individual pilots choosing to ram an enemy may have happened earlier in the US/Japanese conflict, the Special Attack Units that used whatever aircraft were available were not officially organised until late 1944. There were also special aircraft, boats and submarines that were used by Special Attack Units.

Technically aircraft or boats/subs capable of larger payloads would seem a better option, but as soon as the enemy was aware of such attacks speed rather than large payload was more important.
The Ohka flying bomb was probably the best Kamikaze aircraft.

Finally got around to watching the Robocop reboot. As a fan of the old ones, I expected it to be a garbage nostalgia cash in, and it still doesn't match up to the first one in my opinion, but it was actually pretty good.

Lifeforce (1985) International Cut aka Director's Cut.

Bit of a weird sci-fi flick if you've never seen it.
    Spoiler warning:
Basically there's an alien ship hidden in Halley's Comet, soul sucking space vampires, some mayhem and London might get nuked.
International Cut has something like an extra 10 minutes of nudity and violence

Patrick Stewart is in it although he doesn't have a huge part.
I have watched it a couple of times before but wasn't sure if I'd ever seen the full version but now I definitely have, and in 1080p.

X-men Apocalypse. Again. I'm still just really torn on this movie. I wanna love it I really do

They need to do something still grim yet light-hearted at the same time. We all know who the next possible villian will be but let's switch things up and do a great Mojo movie with our current roster with just the two obvious X-men additions and brand new plethora of villians.

Of course said villain reveal at the end of the movie could of course employ the Marauders or Nasty boys or combination thereof for a movie. Sabertooth being a great choice working for ???????
