fps problems

Okay guys i installed a Geforce 6600 256MB card for him. He's playing Call of Duty 2 online. He tells me he sees his fps rate and three other numbers. This is how it looks like fps#(number1, number2, 1). He says it runs fine until the two numbers in the parathesis are like 100,20 when they're usually around 80 and close together. I have no clue what this means. Does anyone have any suggestions?

What video settings is he playing on?

Also, is his a GT? or what model

how much RAM does he have?

also, what CPU?

The video card is just a regular 256 MB Geforce 6600 also he has about 512 MB ram with 64MB apreture.
