    Default Daemon Tools

    how do i mount images to Daemon tools...im clicking the tray icon and then device 0: and mounting the mdf file but nohting happens when i run epsxe cd rom.... i figured out that i can mount a cue file and play ridge racer...but no music comes up..its the same as just running the bin from epsxe...but isnt that the point of mounting the image? i checked the cd rom plugin and its set to the virtual drive...any help wud b greatly appreciated.

    Mount the mds, not the mdf file.

    Make sure Analog Audio is enabled (right-click on icon, Options > Analog Audio)

    Use P.E.Op.S. CDR plugin, make sure you have Interface set correctly.

    Finally, don't try to start the game in ePSXe with Run ISO, instead, use Run CDROM.

    i right click on the tray icon and under options (for daemon tools) there is no option for analogue audio i looked in epsxe no analogue audio option...i selected 'all options on' in daemon tools and ran cd from epsxe but still no luck...where can i find the analogue audio thing? can i open daemon tools in a window instead of the tray icon? maybe id be able to find the option easier

    I bet you installed the newest Daemon Tools (4.00 something or other)

    They removed Analog Audio from the newest one.

    You have to use the previous version, Daemon Tools 3.47.
