Well though I still don't get web programming too well I'll try to explain
how I see it can be done...

    0) It does require you to use script language embeded into your html code!
    1) You should look into yor forum login.php (or whatever the login script
page is named) and try to make similar script for your web page which
instead to reirect you to your forum index redirects you to the page you're
    currently viewing.
    2) Basically all forums use cookies to determine if member is logged in so you
should look for a function setcookie(...) in this script. (changing it may be
a bit difficult, but having a script from your own forum it shouldn't be...)
    3) Then for all your pages you should make a form to login. (you could copy the form
from your index page of the forums you're running )
    <FORM action="..." method="post">...</FORM>
and attach form action to the loading script you've made..
    4) Check out your index.php from the forums looking into place thet checks if
member is logged (basically the best place is to look in the place where the login
form is exchanged by user info if (he|she) is logged) and add it to your pages.
    5) Now using simple if () {...} else {...} condition using the script source from
the previous point make it to show your roms page when user is logged or
dispaly info that this page is for logged users only otherwise.

Simple isn't it...well not really, cause I haven't done it yet, but if you experiment
a little maybe you'll be able to handle it.
Experimenting is the only source of gaining expirience, cause sometimes
you can rely only on yourself...

Hope it helps a little...don't expect the source cause I don't have it.
