    Default vagrant story epsxe

well i just got a nice perfect iso of vagrant story but while i'm running it it really doesnt do too well....the graphics are really choppy and the sound kinda gets fuzzy a bit...i was wondering if anyone knew a good config for epsxe for vagrant story....i was about to try it in psxeven just cuz i think that emulator handles alot of square games a lil better than epsxe

    thanks for the help

I generally hear that ePSXe 1.52 seems to work better for square games overall then 1.60 if that is the one you are using. hope that helps

Eternal SPU plugin set to Thread, or SPUAsync if you experience sluggishness in some areas, and either a well-configured hardware plugin, or the PeOPS software plugin, since this game tends to use framebuffer effects quite frequently.
