Default How to resize a Video

I have a Video in Xvid format with 608 X 366 Dimensions and I'd like to enlarge it, loseing little to no quality. Size of the output file doesn't matter so what should I use? Any help is appreciated

You can't enlarge it without loosing a bit of visual quality. The overall file bitrate AKA computer quality will be the same, but the video will still look stretched. Using various filters you could smooth out a bit then sharpen those stretched pixels, but yeah you probably get the point.

A tool i use for manipulating movies is VirtualDub. It is totally free and does a really good job and has tons of tweaking options and also some basic filters too.

You can probably find alot of tutorials on the net depending on exactly what you want to do (convert this to that, resize this or enhance that) but the software itself is well made and you should be able to do most of your things without any help.
    Good luck.

I just resized a music video using "WinAVIVideoConverter". I had to change format also to resize it, but quality turned ok and it was very easy to use.
