help speeding up internet

hi im new to this site and i was wondering how i can take full advantage of my internet. I tried searching and reading other posts but i didnt understand some of the replies, or if my internet can even be sped up. I have sprint dsl with im pretty sure 3 mbs, yet when downloading from the psx iso's section my speed starts out at about 150kb/s then goes down to 25 kb/s. Also i have limewire and bitlord and the usual speeds i get there are about 15-25kb/s but i just figured that was because of the upload of the seeders? if anyone can help explain to me how to optimize my internet id really appreciate it!

The download speeds are around 25kb/s for everyone, I don't think there is any way to speed it up. I'm not sure if the new server has download speeds capped, but you're going to get 25kb/s (thereabouts) on the psx ISO's no matter how fast your connection is. The old server was capped at 10 kb/s.
