torrent creating guide

Hi all,
I noticed that recently the url of EP tracker changed...
In this period some torrents have no seeders because the announces are yet the old ones.
So since in the main page of the tracker there's a link to a useful guide on making torrents http://forums.emuparadise.org/showthread.php?t=36213 why do not edit that guide and correct the announce?
Maybe this could solve some problem... sorry my bad English
