    Also I think that if you are trying to download from the main EP site, just try using a browser such as IE or Firefox to solve your problems

    do you reccommend any other browsers for that?.....because mozilla nor internet explorer works for me

    Is this problem recent (EP is switching to a new High speed server, and because of it connections can be a problem right now)? Do you have adware/spyware on your PC? Is there anything which may cause problems with downloading such as other internet applications running?
