Bush's claim that the war on Iraq is justified is more real.

This thread is absolutely fucking hilarious. Seriously, it doesn't even warrant me contributing anything constructive to it. Come on, I was about 8 when I knew wrestling was fake.

I think 8 is the glorious age of discoveries. I learnt when I was 8 that Santa was my mum and that my father was cheating on her. I love 8.

Most of it is indeed fake. But some of the injuries are real. I remember one where Triple H tore his muscle in his left thigh, the picture of that moment doesn't lie something snapped.

The story=fake. The moves are designed to be painless. The matches are rehearsed. But some of those injuries are indeed real.

Then they're just plain silly. Getting their legs ripped off like that for fakeness.

Legs ripped off? That would be the day.

Anyone remember Owen Heart? Yeah he really did die wrestling (the ropes broke and he landed on his neck. Broke it in two).

Now injuries are faked. They have these clear plastic packages, that when in contact with the air outside turn red. All they have to do is break the paccat.

But when you hear someone has a concussion from that 'sport', don't rule it out that it is real. The so called power-bomb they have, if executed wrong, can shove your nose straight into your brain. It happend before (80's match and the guy's parallized for life, barely lived.)

And don't lie Dingy we know you think some of those guys are sexy.

    They're guys?

I'm afraid if I say yes, you might dedicate your life to watching wwe and trying to become like them

Owen Hart died in a pre-match stunt, not a match. his harness broke and he fell to the concrete.

what are these packets you're talking about? most of the blood is indeed real, except mouth blood, which is usually a pack they bite down on at the right time. maybe thats what you're thinking of.

HHH did rip his quad, and (iirc) Mr. Perfect snapped his shin in half jumping from the top rope. the vid of that is all over Kazaa, search for "Wrestler breaks leg".

i watched wwf (i refuse to call it wwe) until the brand split. making your company's two shows act like two separate companies is just retarded.

I watched it from the early nineties until just after the 'invasion'. I haven't seen it since. WCW and WWF were cool, 'WWE' is just retarded, I haven't even watched it since the name change.

Maybe you guys should check out the alternatives like TNA. All action no angles or soap opera style storylines.

Yeah, I used to watch TNA quite a bit. Haven't done so for quite a while to be honest. Is Jeff Jarrett still the TNA champion? That always pissed me off, he'd held the title for about a year when I used to watch it...
