I can't get lunar silver star story to work..

I have extracted and it stops at 96%. I get this error when it stops.

CRC failed in "Lunar Silver Star Story Complete CD1.ccd". File is broken.
CRC failed in "Lunar Silver Star Story Complete CD1.cue". File is broken.
CRC failed in "Lunar Silver Star Story Complete CD1.img". File is broken.
CRC failed in "Lunar Silver Star Story Complete CD1.sub". File is broken.

Maybe i got the password wrong, or the files are corrupted. But i can't get the game to work. Can someone help me?

Sorry but I got it to work, it ended up with me putting in a different password. I didn't know that the file would extract even though you put a wrong password. Well sorry for wasting this post!
