PSP firmware and emulation
I'm going to be getting a PSP soon, and I want to use it for emulation and with other homebrew software. I understand that only firmware version 1.50 has been cracked. Should I try to find a used PSP with firmware 1.50 or buy a new one with the hope that somebody will crack version 2.0 soon? And how do you check the firmware version by looking at the case?

Any one is Aussi Land bought a PSP and Know what firmware ver we got?
Also anyone wanting to have a portable emu machine really can't go past the GamePak.

The GPX2 is going to kick ass for emulation(released in October).
Are PSP's released in Australia yet? I thought they were getting the same as the European one. Euro will all be 2.0 so if so then I'm guessing so will Aus.
