Here http://www.gamesektor.eu.tt/ but downloading takes like forever.

Or here http://www.psxdown.net/index.php?id=err , but it's in French and you have to register.

Why is it that French people get better servers?

A note for the French site, all isos are actually French... Not that I was really surprised to see that. I've only met a handful of French people that actually gave two shits about foreign languages (they were good people btw )

And as for the other site (gamesektor), you also need to register to download isos since they are password protected and the passwords are on their forums. Not to mention that their site design made me want to lop my eyes out with a spoon Nevertheless, even though their site design sucks so bad that my eyes wanted to bury themselves into my brain and that the d/l speed is below average at best, they do offer quite a bit of games for download from the looks of it (and not only sucky ones ).
