About the tracker page.

Why it gives me this message when I try to go to the torrent tracker page?

The connection was refused when attempting to contact ********.


Well, the wierd thing is I could access that page ealier (just this morning), but not anymore

The tracker might be down, better wait for MasJ to come along to check

now the tracker cant be found, i tryed to load it and it says file cant be found and gives me a list of search topics,
