The best I could find are 2 torrents from torrent sites, but they don't really work. I'm not sure if I can post the links here...
Oh and this game was released for both PS2 and Gamecube. The PS2 release is only avaiable in Japanese, but the GC one is avaiable in English and Japanese.

eMule is really the way to go when you want to download rare stuff. It's slow but at leeast you'll get what you're looking for
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here

Wow, that was a hell of a lot of spam.
Oh, and Disgaea -does- run, but not well enough to play. The frame rates for it and any other game that boots is so atrocious the games are unplayable.

Good to know, I haven't personally tried it actually.
I guess in the next year or so it will probably run at a decent enough speed to play if you have a good enough PC.
