Default Manipulate BIOS File of a psx ? Possible ?

On the Internet you can find all Bios files for psx ( pal, ntsc ). Is it possible with a program to manipulate a Bios File ( To play burned games as an example without having modchip ) and then "save" this new Bios File to a playstation. It would be cool...

I don't see how that's possible since the BIOS in a PSX is Read Only.

It isn't possible to displace the BIOS File ? I mean, it is somewhere written on the main storage, or not

You mean remove the chip? How do you do that without damaging the board?
And wouldn't it just be easier to mod the thing, rather than remove the BIOS to replace it?

I mean, on the chip there must be some data files. And then to "flash" it like with a XBox...

No, because it's Read Only, not EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory)

Read Only means that you can't flash it.

Here, read this. It might help you to understand.
