I know there are like fram skip things for the snes emulator and the gameboy advance emulator, is there a button that u can press to quickly speed the frames or no? Is there a way to make the your current game faster?

I don't know of any direct shortcut to it, but in GPU plugin cofiguration
there is an option for "Frame Skipping" and "FPS limit".
Those are in Pete's and P.E.Op.S as well as in some other
    plugins.

You can bring up the GPU plugin panel with DEL and with PGUP/PDDN you move through the options. HOME/END changes the settings of each option. INS will give details about each setting.
This works of course while the emulator is running.
