I know a healthy bit of Sqaure/FF villains will pop up, but Im not to familure with Enix, can some of you shed light on their worst villains?

Sydney and Guildenstern come to mind, from Vagrant Story. Lezard and Loki were quite interesting bad guys as well (Valkyrie Profile, Enix)

There aren't so many of 'em in Valkyrie Profile. They are the ones who come to mind at the moment:
There's Lezard Valeth. Insane necromancer. Winner.
Brams. A vampire. But a noble one... a unique character.
Surt. The leader of the Vanirs, up at Asgard, the land of the Gods.
Loki. God of trickery, ergo a tricky bad guy.
Hrist. I don't want to spoil anything, so I'll say it like this: she looks exactly like the main character of the game, the Valkyrie (she's the one in my sig), except she has completely black armor instead of blue. And she's evil.
