Thread: Have you been shafted by ebay?
I must have bad luck i have been scammed on ebay twice now i bought a copy of final fantasy 9 pc version for $110 (i didnt know about emu's at the time ok?) and lost all my money! the same guy scammed 6 other ebayers after me and he has been reported 7 times but hasnt been banned! ebay just dont care even though i told them this was a criminal situation ie. should be reported to the police. in my opinion ebay is stingy they are willing to take our money but not willing to help out when things go wrong. i heard that 1 in 10000 transactions on ebay are fraud so i must be unlucky to get 1 in 10000 twice i would like to hear your opinion on ebay and if this is happened to you what did ebay do about it? coz they did naf all for me

I absolutely agree with you, pkt-zer0, I also saw *that* scene in FFX-2 and the only thing I could say was: "Hey, what happened to good ol' Final Fantasy?" Watching the game I thought it was some ill-rated "happy-teenage-love" movie...

That's one thing why I hope that FFXII will go back to the "roots", and will be like an FF-game should be. I played FF Tactics too, and YES, it's really a "darned good game", so the project is in good hands with Yasumi Matsuno, that's for sure.

Well, if FFXII will be a failure (which is not possible, but you never know), then... well, in that case, all my hopes for Square-Enix are lost.

My first actual (non-introduction) post, in this thread.

I enjoy reading almost anything...which has garnered plenty of odd looks when I walk into a room with a General History of Europe text or the like.

Writing is something I've dabbled in a little, but I haven't done much with it for a while beyond a few backstory and technology summaries.

I'm just glad the "SakuraGemeaux is a Girl!?!" bit of the that thread was already over, looking back.

EDIT: Oh, and to KvN...3/5. That's pretty nice, but it's just a lack of experience, not a complete and utter stupidity.

I'd say you should use the PEOPS software plugin for Star Ocean 2. It looks best that way and I also had some glitches while using hardware plugins. But you need some machine power for that, my guess is about 1.5GHz CPU should be enough.
I tried it with 750 AMD -> nice results, but not perfect; 2.2 AMD -> darned good results.
