Question about an ISO..

I was downloading Vandal Hearts 2 a LOOOONG time ago and cant recall if the download finished. The ISO is about 120MB. Im guessing it definately didnt finish, but can someone somehow let me know? Thanks.

Is the ISO 120 MB or is the rar file, with the ISO inside it, 120 MB?

Because I have a copy of Vandal Hears 2, and mine is in a rar file stored on CD.

And the rar file is 105 MB.
