    Default Neo geo

    Can anyone tell me how 2 install a neo geo emulator on ur pc?I've downloaded the neo geo installation file but when i click the rage.exe a dos screen appear and nothing happens?

    EDIT: fyi,I download the neo geo installation file from (http://home5.swipnet.se/%7Ew-50884/emulator/rage.htm)
