What can I do to make Chankast run faster? What video plugin should I be using? I downloaded Chankast here at EP and just stuck with what it came bundled with.

There are no external video or sound plugins for Chankast.
The only thing you can do is try running at a lower res, or overclocking/underclocking the emulated SH4 CPU (+ or - on keypad, experiment to find what works best).
