mame and neo geo roms playing help ?

I have neo geo game but some of the games won't load up (I have bios in the directory for winkawaks and mame) ? I have the same problem of some games for mame as well, but none of the neo geo games work for mame and some mame roms won't load also ?

I use Mameplus,NeoRage,Winkawaks,Nebula

That's far from being descriptive enough to allow us to help you. Perhaps if you let us know what games weren't loading, that would be a decent start.
