    Default Project 64 key assignments

    Can anyone tell me how to assign the buttons for Zelda in Project 64
    I have a Microsoft Sidewinder game pad.
    It has the direction pad on the left.
    4 buttons right.(A,B,X,y)
    2 buttons(1 on each handle back.)

    In project 64 i need to know which sections to use.

    Digital pad-Analog stick-modifiers-c button's-buttons.

    What are the Modifiers setting's?
    Thanks in advance for your help.

    I have a Sidewinder game pad too! Your's has 6 buttons on the front + start and mode and two shoulder. Correct? Good.
    Now for the config that I used.
    A=C
    B=Z
    UC=Y
    DC=A
    LC=X
    RC=B
    Start=Start
    L=Mode
    R=Right shoulder
    Z=Left shoulder

    I personaly prefer the keyboard because my gameport stopped working. The best is to buy an adaptoid or other such adapter so you can use the real controler.

    I use Jabos input plugin. But I wouldn't recomend using that gamepad to play n64 games sence you only have 4 buttons on the front.

    Go to www.interact.com and get either the Hammerhead FX witch is what I have or the Axis gamepad.
