Default Patching Mega Man X3 (PAL to NTSC)

I dl-ed X3 through the BT tracker here, and it came with a patch to make it NTSC. I then patched it, using ppf-o-matic, but when I tried running it, ePSXe mentioned something about not being able to read the CD correctly. What is wrong?

if ur just running it on epsxe u really shouldnt have to patch it at all man. At least i dont think so. Zorlon correct me if im wrong. But i think that was just for people who were going to run it off their consoles.

You're right NightFall Z. There is no need to patch to NTSC if you're playing the ISO in ePSXe or any other PSX emu. Only necessary if you want to play it on a console.
I've got quite a few PAL games, and they play just fine in ePSXe and PSXeven.

Wait, but is the opening movie clip, supposed to be that slow? I though the patch would speed it up a bit.

Well, actually I guess that's how the movie clips are supposed to be. But now the question is: why does the BGM just syop all of a sudden and it doesn't return? I'm using SaPu's CDR plugin while using a virtual drive, Pete's OpenGL2 Driver Version 2.6, and P.E.Op.S. DSound Audio Driver Version 1.9 on ePSXe 1.52.

EDIT: Sorry for the double post, but how else would someone see this?

You can delete your earlier post and make new one
with the content of previous one and the new one

    And now back on topic...
    Three standard questions
    1) Have you tried "Eternal SPU" or "Null2's SPU"??
    2) Have you checked the checkboxes under "Config->Sound" menu??
    3) Good think is to check your image for errors with "CDMage"
    or "ISOBuster" too.

Well I have tried Eternal, but I haven't tried checking all the boxes. I'll try that. I guess I'll try CDMage as well. Thanks.
