Talking DS Game review so you dont waste money

    Pokemon Dash
Gameplay: You move your hand in the direction you want picuchu to go. Sounds simple right. Well it is. After doing this for an hour or so you believe maybe you should have been playing in the shower You use the arrows on the screen to know the direction the next check point is, plus on the top screan there is a radar that tells where the power ups and check points are. The point that makes this game a slight difficulty is the balloons. When you get up in the air the radar turns to a ground view of the check point, then you need to find that spot on the bottom screen. You can also ride some pokemon to cross water but over all you are just making back and forth strokes as fast as your little wrist can handle.

Graphics: Well they are great. You can pull at pikachu face at the intro and watch him get mad. It is easy to tell the different types of terrain.

Sound: Pikachu says his little pica remarks what more do you really need from this one.

Replay: If you have worked out your wrist real good you will keep going otherwise it seems to basic to hold many people attention for to long. 2 weeks you'll need a new fix and never look at this title again.

Multi Player: This is a multi cart game meaning you need two. I have no way to play multi. Meaning I will not buy two games. Come on Nintendo single cart multi is the way to go

Overall: This is a okay game. It just lacks different modes and styles to keep me happy. I would give it a 3 out of 5 but Im a nobody try it for yourself.

Edit: Going to play Yoshi Touch and Go
Should I write a small review for that?

    Yoshi Touch and Go!

GamePlay: This simple game has two mode of play. The first you you guide mario down to the ground with out having his balloons to pop. To do this you draw lines of clouds for mario to drift around safty collecting coins. You can also circle baddies, coins, and power ups then throw them into mario for extra points. The more points you recieve will effect the yoshi you get on the next board.
When you get to the bottom saftly yoshi will catch you and continue the journey. On this board you have to throw eggs at baddies and coins. You can draw clouds to cross ravines and eat friut for more eggs. Different yoshis have a different amount of eggs they can carry. This is why you need to do your best on the first stage.
There is Four modes in this game. Get the most points and make it the farthest. After you get gold on them you get those stages on acid. Cant beat those so maybe something else may unlock. But I doubt it.

Graphics: Well they are on key once again.

Sound: Right on, as you expect with a Mario type game. Ok music with simple Mario, Yoshi and Lugui voices.

Replay: There isnt any. There isnt much to this one. Nintendo missed the key on this one. It is basically a mini game with extras. Just beat the two boards as fast as you can with the most points to get the gold. After you master that reset the the scores and do it again.

Multi Player: Yeah single cart play. You just need one game and two DS's. Its just the Yoshis board. Out live your opponent or finish first. This maybe the best feature of this game.

Overall: Good mini game with single cart multi play. For $30 US funds its pretty good compared to the other DS line up. The game is difficult then really hard which keeps me tring. I would have to give this a low 4 out of 5 just becuase the price, level of play, and single cart play. Plus it is better than OK. I have to say get this one if you have a friend with a DS but who the heck am I to tell anyone what to do.

Next: Wario Touched or Spiderman 2 you all decide

The only problem with reviews is they are based off one persons an opinion of a game... Though you seem to be doing a good job Shwnboy

If your a cautious consumer, there a few ways you can save money.
    1. Reasearch any game your going to buy... (Read the Reviews, however also read unopinionated data about the game as well)
    2. If your not totaly sure if your going to like a game, buy it Used.
    3. If you don't like the game, sell it, back to the Used game store, or over the Internet.

My kids love both those games. I guess that is all that matters right. I will keep the gameplay section un opionated, but as the other sections (sound, replay, and overall) go they are straight opions. As with any review. DS games I currently own
    Pokemon Dash
    Asphalt GT
    Yoshi Touch and Go
    Feel the Magic
    Wario Ware Touched
    Spiderman 2
    Ping Pals
    Mr Driller Drill Sprites
    Mario 64

    Soon to Purchase
    Zoo Keeper
    Robots

I will be willing to write reviews on any games I own. Just ask

Zoo Keeper's forte is multiplayer. Singleplay get's old quickly.
If you're got someone who is around the same skill level as you to play against it is a barrel-load of fun.
