    Its a shame Uncle Evil,you could download it from bittorrent but its a 2.5 gb game i think, i have it and it works fine ,btw did you try to see your d: drive in your xbox to see if it recognizes it?it may be a dumb idea but what else could you do?

    yeah it doesnt read it at all, even when it says its checking the drive it comes up as unknown

    That's just it though. I play tested the exact disc he has now, on my system with the same drive manufacturer.

    Quite strange,maybe hes drive is not working properly or needs to be cleaned

    The only specific difference I can find between his system and mine is that his is a version 1.1 and I have a 1.0. Both were softmodded with the same Action Replay, same game, and same software...

    i dont think its the softmod,the only thing is the one one you already mentioned about the versions of xbox,in my case my xbox drive has some dificult reading cds

    Thompson drives are the worst. use a PC drive if you dont want to read originals.
