    I believe if you hold A and press start during the intro screen, it'll bring up the Sega CD bios where you can format the ram cart.

    It is nice to have large selection of isos and not have to pay.

    I voted and didn't let me download....

    I want the Dark Wizard game , other than Shining Force don't see anything else worth for the Sega CD.

    It's not the voting, they are have problem's with the new server's. They changed'em about a month ago and everything has gone apeshit.

    small tip:if you are required to vote to get something from ROM-WORLD it's a scam...it say's so in their FAQ

    I can't download from Rom-World. I want to download Puggsy so I can see the differences between it and the Genesis (which i actually own) version. But it seems none of the roms will download.
