Default I've Fell into the Ezroms trap:

I used adaware, uninstalled everything, and still have the popups that come from ezroms, if anyone knows what i'm talking about. Does anyone know what exact application is causing this cuz i can't find it anywhere. I've removed things like elitebar, etc.

The first thing I say is not to use Internet Explorer. When you are using Opera or Firefox, then let's continue...

You need to tweak the browser a bit to fit your tastes. At least if you don't use IE, you won't get those ad's and spyware installed.

    Post a screenshot... like I PM'ed you...

K i might have found the problem. Its an application called "srvipsec.exe". Although its a system32 application, according to the properties window it was created just yesterday, and at the time when i was experiencing the problem. I'll post again if deleting it doesn't work.

Press PrintScreen on your keyboard, then open any image program, like Photoshop or ItfanView and select 'Paste'. Then you can save it as JPEG and send here (if it is small enough, if it's not, then you need an external server)

LOL! Those pop'ups are still from Internet Explorer

If you know the website those pop'ups came from, give me the link and I'll get my computer stuffed with those too I can then tell what to do to get them out.

Thats the other odd part...it won't let me determine where it came from.

i manage to stop 1 from loading and got this out of it: res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm#http://searchmiracle.com/ads/ad.php?country=1&pos=3

That's only the place where those ads are loaded, not the place that made them to load on your computer.

I googled for ezroms and installed their software and got those pop-ups!
Now I need to figure out how to remove it.
