MasJ Got this in a E-mail a few days ago, he sent it to me because the N64 games were from my torrent. Notice the address where the found the EP torrents were www.lokitorrent.com... of course this has nothing to do with them being down. But still im sure they got ton's of complaints like this one, and just did not comply.

Woo, guess even console game warez'ers aren't safe now. I didn't expect Loki to last long after SN died, they had to pay around $30000 a month for legal charges.

Weird, how come we saw no coverage of how the case progressed ?
Due to lack of info, I figured there was no court intervention, yet.

They'd really have no life whatsoever if they went through logs and stuff since Loki had a HUGE amount of traffic after SN died. So their logs are bound to be enormous, if they had any, that is. We don't log stuff at EP

They have enough money to pay people to go through them.

yes corporations have billions of dollars and trust me they can pay a million for people to go through the logs.

Edit:here's the REAL reasons why lokitorrent and suprnova went down. http://www.torrent-news.com/archives...ill/000020.php and also lokitorrent has agreed to release the logs to the MPAA so whoever went there to dl movies are screwed.

Some things we have noticed about the popular bit torrent site Lokitorrent that have raised some red flags is that they started collecting a US$30,000 legal fund to defend their site before they even were being sued!
There's an idea, gather money then take the site down agree with the MPAA to give them logs and whatever else to prevent it from going to court.

    FREE MONEY!!

EDIT: It's so obvious they made that Intro themselfs just by the way it looks, not the MPAA, the hosting company would just disable the account rather waste bandwidth.

I think they can, but they will probably just make an example out of a few people.

    /me is annoyed.
/me did get a few things that belongs to Disney recently.

MasJ, please, don't sell us XD

I don't beleive Lokitorrent gone down because they sold everything to the MPAA.
I beleive that making a huge torrent site such as LT makes you more proud then being a traitor to the eyes of everyone that do know who you are, selling everything to MPAA and deceiving jillions of people.
Besides, h4ck3r one time, h4ck3r for life.

Yeah. He'll still have to pay legal fines, or give it to the MPAA or something. I tihnk anyone but him will have it.

Bunch of fucks? He provided a place for people to download what they wanted for free. I don't blame the guy. I'd think that he would have had a choice to hand over the logs, or risk jail then the MPAA getting the logs. Anyone who is pissed off over him handing the logs over is pretty stupid. You're blaming him for something illegal that you've done. You knew what you were getting into.

Yeah but he made to place free of charge, and yes he did give everyone a place to d/l all sorts of stuff for free. If you get cought dont bring others down with you. He should have gotten rid of all the logs after he was cought, or not kept any. O well, I was there once, so Im all good.
